Japan's 'Black Widow' Chisako Kakehi admits poisoning fourth husband

Chisako Kakehi - dubbed "the Black Widow" and "Poison Lady" in Japan - is on trial for the murders of three men, including one of her husbands, and the attempted murder of another.

The prosecution alleges she used cyanide to poison the men, before claiming their life insurance policies.
